The Walk Sequenced "Occupant \ Resident"

The walk sequence, or
"Occupant" file, is the least expensive and simplest mailing list that we we
offer. You are able to mail to every household
and / or business in your chosen geography, and you qualify
for maximum postal discounts.
The USPS offers postage discounts based on the number of pieces mailed in each postal carrier route or neighborhood. A carrier route is simply the grouping of addresses that a postal employee delivers to on a daily basis. To qualify for a saturation rate, you must mail to at least 90% of the active residential addresses or at least 75% of the total number of residential and business addresses in each carrier route receiving your mail.
We also have the option of appending names to about 80% of the file, so that your mail
is more personalized.
Unlike most of our competitors,
we do not charge you for barcoding data, the sequence number,
or keycoding your file.
The file comes in whatever
format you require, electronic or labels.
